She was the daughter of James Thomas Herron and Mintie Ardiona Ann Cheatham.  She married CHARLIE UNDERWOOD on November 25, 1934, in Mississippi County, Arkansas, USA, son of JOHN BENJAMIN UNDERWOOD and ARONIE "RONIE" "NONA" HATLEY.  He was born September 22, 1914, in Saltillo, Lee County, Mississippi, USA, and died April 22, 1992, in Birmingham, Jefferson County, Alabama, USA.
